I was treated for hpylori a month ago waiting on test to confirm eradication, on 20 mg prilosec 2x a day, still have heartburn and acid comes up throat even if i swallow my saliva, what can this mean? taking probiotics too?

Generally, H. pylori is asymptomatic unless there is a symptomatic ulcer present. It is likely that your symptoms are from uncontrolled acid reflux, given the description.
