Depending on where this is located and the extent of the lumps and their actual size, this could be shingles you are referring to. You should see a doctor to diagnose this since, if it is shingles, there is treatment available. It is difficult to diagnose a rash without seeing it so, either way, seeing a doctor is needed for proper diagnosis/treatment. Good luck!
