Been sick with a cold for a week. starting to get better, but blood pressure went up to 150/100 for several hours the day for s few days now. bp typically close to 120/80 or slightly above. no fever and heart rate normal. id this typical of illness?

Read the warnings on any cold meds you have beeb taking. Many will increase BP.
