There is nothing to concern, those findings are not uncommon. You should see a physiatrist or physical therapist for exercise lesson to strengthen your core. Take care!

You are likely describing degenerative disc disease and the imaging would likely show mild early changes. Agree with Dr. Le, as physical therapy and ongoing exercises would be the best approach. Also, you need instruction in proper lifting and bending.

It is not unheard of for these degenerative changes to be evident in the twenties. However patients are often surprised by it. What the other docs have emphasized to you is very important for you. Consider your posture, how you sit, factors that aggravate the pain, so you can be proactive and and formulate a plan with your doc.
