This depends on many factors, including the person’s hydration level. If the person is on the dehydrated side, the body will keep more of the fluid and the urination will be less. It also depends on the person’s kidney function-people with kidneys that are not working as well can urinate more than usual or less than usual, depending on the stage of kidney dysfunction. It all depends on physical exertion, climate etc. But he will pee a lot more if he was used to drinking less water
