Why do i have the urgency to pee all the time after drinking a little water two hours prior? my vitals are good i check them and i had a tubaligation in 2012.

Many reasons: Might just be normal for you. Diabetes, urinary tract infection or bladder infection also on the list. Other metabolic disturbances or problems also on the list. Best to see your doctor for evaluation and some basic testing which could help determine if this is something to be concerned about or not.

Urinary urgency: I would seek medical attention for this issue. Sounds like you are experiencing incontinence and a medical evaluation would be helpful.
