Plain Water not good: People often forget that their sweat contains more than water. Electrolytes, in particular Sodium and Chloride (Salt) as well as Potassium (for muscle health) are lost while out in the heat. Try a bit of an old fashioned "miracle cure", CHICKEN SOUP, but on the serious side drinking too much pure water can lower your blood salt level and make you feel weak along with a low potassium.
