I take amlodipine (5), olmesartan (40), metoprolol (25), propafenone (225), & eliquis (5) at night. i may have taken an extra amlodipine tonight instead of the metoprolol, and i have not taken olmesartan. should i worry? should i take olmesartan?

Ideally taking extra Amlodipine( that too 5 mg) wont be too much of a concern provided you don't tend to run too low of a Blood Pressure (BP) chronically. Skipping Olmesartan today is not a bad idea unless BP is staying above 140-160/80-90. Please check your BP daily and have a pill box prepared every week by your caregiver for accuracy of medications. Ideal target BP is less than 130/80
