My left areola/nipple have been itching. the itching gets pretty bad sometimes & is also on the breast itself. ive been looking at my breasts closely and noticed my left areola is slightly darker than the right. no lumps. should i be worried?

I do not think you need to be worried right now but persistence of itching with/ without associated redness requires a good ph ysiexamination of your breast by a Physician such as a PCP. He/she may request a mammogram to make sure there is no abnormality inside your breast. Paget's disease of the beast is one entity which can present with skin problems on the breast surface/nipple area.
