Peeling: If you have a family history of breast cancer always possible. However, even though that is the case, peeling of skin around areola ususally secondary to other issues like dry skin, infection or fungal process. Psoriasis possible or eczema. If concerned get it checked.

Do not think so : I am not aware of any connection between celiac disease, which primarily involves gluten intolerance and causes diarrhea, and sciatica. Sciatica is usually caused by edema around this nerve or pinching of the nerve.

Not necessarily: Family history - mother's and father's, and sibling's - can suggest a predilection for ear infections, but it is only a tendency, not definite. If there is a family history, monitor closely.

I'm a man, should I get human papilloma virus vaccine to avoid genital warts and cancer?

Yes: The vaccine has been approved by the fda for ages 9-26 in men. The biggest advantage of the vaccine is to reduce the spread of the virus to women, which can be aided by reducing the number of men with the virus. Male genital cancer is much rarer than female cervical cancer, so the major benefit is preventing some types of warts an spread to women.

Why can arm swelling and pain happen after breast cancer surgery?

Lymphedema: An essential part of breast cancer staging is the removal of some of the lymph nodes under the armpit. The lymphatic system's job includes draining tissue fluid and bringing it back into the circulation. Lymph node removal short-circuits this process leading to the risk of chronic swelling, or lymphedema. The less nodes removed, the lower the risk.

Sentinel lymph node biopsy has reduced this risk to under 5%, compared to rates of 25% in the past.

In select patients, even a positive sentinel node may not mandate completion axillary node dissection. Also, with modern chemotherapy, even patients with gross positive node disease up front may be converted to node negative status with neoadjuvant therapy and spared axillary node dissection given a negative sentinel node following neoadjuvant therapy.

My body keep on giving odd reaction, it trembles up from my chest through the throat until the jaws, so to the hands. Could it be hyperthyroidism?

...: Could mean fatigue, are you sleeping 6h-8h every night? Do you wake up at the same time most days? Do you drink 3qts/water daily? Do you walk 30 minutes every day? If not, your body is tired and wants to sleep, so will have to be shaken, or shivered, to wake up. If you walk 30min daily, avoid fried & sugary food, drink 3qts water daily, you see the difference.
