Luckily the human body is designed with a particle removal system in the lungs. Inhaled dust/pollen/germs and debris can all be trapped by a thin layer of moisture carried along the top of hair cells lining the inside of airways. Like waves of wheat blowing in the wind, these hair cells carry the debris out of the deep lung up to the throat where you cough them out or swallow. It should be fine.
