See if you are eligible for Medicaid or contact Dental Lifeline in your state. A mass is not something to ignore. You should seek a dental school or hospital in Chicago or if symptoms get worse go to the ER in a large hospital[[COOK COUNTY]. Don't wait, infection is spreading and is dangerous.

Contact Social Services for treatment available in your area. Seek evaluation at teaching hospitals and Dental Schools. It may take a little time to find free or low cost treatment for indigent patients, but services are available free or low cost. As you are paying for Invisalign, I assume there are some funds available.
