What would cause my voice to be hoarse at random times? it also feels as if i'm breathing through a straw at times. also feels like my throat and neck are constantly tight. i also get these throat spasms that make it hard to breathe and swallow.

Try taking antihista: I have noticed an increase in pollen sensitivity,when otherwise non sensitive.See if this improves the situation.If not seek Med ATTN.
