Bad breath can be caused by many different factors, including sinus infections, periodontal problems, smoking, cavities, acid reflux, and your diet. I am unaware of anyone "catching" bad breath from someone else. Address the above issues to determine the cause of your halitosis.

No, your bad breath is caused by your sulfur forming bacteria, not someone else's. Bacteria that live mostly between your teeth where t'brush can't reach, on your tongue, on tonsils, etc. Are you flossing daily, using a tongue scraper, brushing 2x/day for 2 full minutes by the clock? Are your gums healthy, no sinus or tonsil problems? Have u been evaluated for GERD, Diabetes?
