I had lumbar x-rays done and it says they show transitional limbosacral vertebral body s1 with pseudoarthrosis but also says no acute findings, what exactly does this mean?

No acute finding means the lumbosacral pseudoarthrosis is not new and it likely results from previous surgery or fracture. I assume you had lower back surgery or trauma to this area previously. Take care!
