I scrapped my finger a couple days ago. nothing deep just a surface one. and it looked like it was healing. but today. i saw it swollen. and it was yellow under the healing. and i squeezed it and the pus popped out. and what should i do??

It appears your wound is infected. An antibiotic may be indicated. A visit to your physician or urgent care seems appropriate.
