Impetigo?: Is A skin infection that has crusting yellow raised bumps and needs urgent treatment with antibiotics but other possibilities include some sort of ganglion (tendon cyst) or other cyst. Therefore needs an examination to sort out possibilities. Please see doctor

Finger bumps: These may be a herpes virus skin infection. Small bacterial pustules are less likely. Your physician or dermatologist could examine you for diagnosis and treatment advice if the bumps don't recede quickly.
