I came down with bronchitis on feb 12th. i have since gotten over the illness but i have noticed some skipped beats in my heart lately, (at least that's what it feels like). i'm not weak or out of breath. is this something to worry about?

Feeling of skipped beats or palpitation is not uncommon and usually benign if you are otherwise asymptomatic. You should avoid strong coffee, tea or alcohol if you are an avid drinker of those. Nothing to worry, just observe the symptom for now. If it gets worse and other symptoms develop, then you can seek medical attention. Take care!
