I've got rose dry skin patches on face, small eczema patch in the middle of chest and small dry skin patch on foreskin. i started to develop these skin conditions just after i've got covid in 2021. but now it is starting to spread on my face.?

You should see a dermatologist to have this examined so a diagnosis can be made. Then, you can start a treatment that will hopefully get rid of these patches. If they recur, you will have a treatment that is effective. Best of luck to you!
