Hello. went urgent care they ruled out flu and covid for coughing yellow kurus , muscle ache, pressure my head l nose when i cough hurts my throat and chest. when i sneeze my muscles get tight and hurt. nose stuffy no fever. is it bronchitis or cold?

Hello! Sorry to hear that you got cold. Most likely you have a common cold aka Upper Respiratory Infection (URI), frequent cough can cause throat pain & chest wall pain in the beginning. URI overall is an uncomplicated illness but occasionally, patients may develop some complications including Sinusitis or Bronchitis. You should follow up with your PCP if symptoms persist or worsen beyond 5-7 days
