I have asthma can you recommend something for me?

There is no one size fits all with asthma. Some patients only have to avoid triggers such as animals, peanuts, etc. Others with mild occasional symptoms only need to use a quick acting bronchodilator inhaler, others need both preventative & rescue inhalers daily, some need 2 or 3 types daily as well as oral meds. See an MD to determine what's best for you. Don't treat yourself.

I think it is best for you to see a Physician, a Pulmonologist, who is a Specialist. This Specialist most likely will offer you possibly an inhaler, to help combat your asthma.
