Probably: Air purifier, especially one with hepa filter, should remove majority of allergens and triggers from the air. Important to clean/change filters per instructions. Follow allergist's other directions for environmental changes in home to reduce allergen load.

Air purifier : Can be helpful. But must be sure you keep it serviced regularly and/ or if there are filters that need to be changed or are water reservoirs that are needed that they too are changed daily or as recommended by the manufacturer of the product that you choose.
