A member asked:

Normal sinus rhythm with sinus arrhythmia rightward axis t wave abnormality, consider anterior ischemia abnormal ecg????. i'm a 22 year old female.

A doctor has provided 1 answer

May not be a problem: Sinus arrhythmia is not abnormal. The axis could be rightward in some normal individuals. Likewise, T wave abnormal is almost always non-specific and may not reflect ischemia(impaired blood supply to the heart muscle.). Computer readings of an ECG may not be reliable. Please have your doctor review the ECG and comment further.
