Can a routine urinalysis pick up trichomoniasis or any std infection due to high rbc or wbc. sorry for my ignorance?

It is unlikely that a urinalysis would detect these infections and is not reliable as a screening test. If you have concerns about STI exposures you need to have more specific testing.

Urinalysis is not an optimal test for detecting STDs. It would be prudent to see a doctor for an in-person evaluation.
