Platelets can go up and down based on many factors. Pregnancy can certainly affect blood counts in many ways. The mild increase in platelets you are experiencing in not worrisome, especially given that you are pregnant. See your OB doctor regularly, especially for interpretation of lab work and to insure you and your baby are healthy. Best of luck to you!

The borderline elevation in platelet count is trivial and of no clinical significance. If you are worried, please discuss this further with your doctor.

Platelets tend to increase in the presence of iron deficiency. Take oral iron and multivitamin supplements and talk to the doctor about who ordered the test.
