I was at hospital had blood work came back normal slight blood pressure high and headache for few days feel nasous and like my stomach is burning i have sinus issues at times what could it be its like im not hungry but little i have bad anxiety too?

You would need an evaluation to determine what your symptoms may be due to. Your headache could be migraine and account for the nausea and decreased appetite. Treating the migraine might help all the symptoms. You may have a virus causing these symptoms. Without seeing and examining you, it is not possible to diagnose you so see your doctor for evaluation.
