Hi, i have been using clotrimazole betamethesone for years. why do i need to keep using it and why does it not just clear up? my md gave me 6 lubes of this. am i going to need to use this the rest of my life?

What are you using it to treat? Have you seen a dermatologist? If you are using it to treat psoriasis, it depends on the response how long it is typically used for. But, there are other treatments available so seeing a dermatologist for alternatives would be useful at this time. If you are using it for some other reason, a dermatologist would be the next step as well. Good luck!
