Allergy to "azoles": If you have had allergic reactions to more than 2 "azole" antifungals, you should assume that you have allergies to all of them. Avoid them as each exposure increases your risk of serious allergic reaction. You may want to try OTC meds or prescription meds containing Terbinafine, which is not a "azole" medication and is still common and effective against jock itch.
