?? bleach baths: I have no idea what a bleach bath consists of but certinly do not put him in a bath with bleach. More emollients, less wheat, and careful what you place on his skin !

Bleach baths eczema: Eczema/atopic dermatitis can often be lessened in severity by soaking x 10 min a day in baths of warm water, oatmeal bath powder like aveeno and 1/4 cup of unscented clorox bleach for a full bathtub of water. All the ingredients must be mixed well before getting into the bathtub. For baby bathtubs 1/2 tbs of bleach is sufficient. Bleach helps cut down on numbers of staph bacteria on skin.
