I have a cold sore since 6 days ago (it is now much better but not completely healed) . i have a scheduled check up on monday for blood tests(cbc,iron,blood sugar,vitd,sgot,hdl,the etc.) shall i go or will the cold sore affect the results?

A recurrence of oral herpes would not affect your lab test results, if you do not have any other symptoms. Given the tests you are scheduled for it would be prudent to fast for at least 9 hours prior to blood draw.
