Please Clarify: You did not list the results to review. Iron studies are listed as "fe" or as ferritin.

Indirect information: The CBC gives information about, among other things, red blood cell number, size, and variability of size. If all of those are normal, the likelihood of iron deficiency is virtually zero. Iron excess, in contrast, can be present with a normal CBC.
