My input is you are too young to battle hypertension and it should probably be investigated why you have it. You may have anxiety disorder that explains the many symptoms you have and that may be what should be addressed. Peptic ulcer does not cause dyspnea however GERD that is gastroesophageal reflux disease may be associated with aspiration that may cause dyspnea.

Peptic also disease does not generally cause dyspnea of any kind. If you have Gerd, sometimes dyspnea can accompany uncontrolled reflux, but this is not related to Peptic ulcer disease. Continue to take your medication for your ulcer and return to your primary care doctor or your gastroenterologist if your digestive tract symptoms persist. Good luck.
