Partial lung collaps: R u a smoker or second-hand smoker?18 y/o pretty young for emphysema (air sacs's wall break down forming larger sac; if on edge of lung, lobe can collapse). Decreased space usually filled with other lung's expanding which can shift central chest structures. May need review of radiograph for other problems, even ct/mri. Htn unlikely cause. R u under care of pulmonologist?
