I have had 2 lg vol enemas (1l and 2l twe w/ tiny amt nacl) for constipation fm neurogenic bowel fm ms. almost no return after abt 2 hrs. no urge either. i have abt 1.5 l inside, very uncomfortable. how to proceed?

You may have fecal impaction even you have no urge. If confirmed, digital disimpaction should be done. If you can't do it yourself and nobody can help, then you should go to an urgent care center. If there is no impaction then you need a stronger enema. Take care!
