Need assessment: I presume that MS is a confirmed diagnosis, but do not see a disease modifying therapy listed. Both MS and Cauda equina syndrome can cause bowel and bladder issues, but not clear to me as to why you have been diagnosed with this latter problem either. Contact your neurologist ASAP, and get these issues specified and treated.
