Can trauma from spleen cause abdominal bleeding causing you to choke?

Blunt trauma to the admin can cause bleeding in the spleen, but that usually does not cause choking. If you have any trauma to the abdomen severe enough to cause this, you should see your doctor or go to the emergency room immediately. Good luck.

Any choking would be an indirect effect such as nausea & vomiting as a secondary reflex reaction to abdominal trauma and pain. The blood accumulation should be contained within the abdominal cavity.
