No: Oral thrush is a yeast infection of the mouth. Sometimes it is accompanied by thrush in the esophagus, which causes trouble swallowing. If you have trouble breathing, then that's not caused by thrush. I am assuming that you have been diagnosed with oral thrush by a physician, because that is usually a sign of a serious immune deficiency, unless you're using inhaled steroids.
