Had a terrible experience. did a balloon sinuplasty, and it was so painful, and doc said i was "nervous" they "numbed" my nose, but i was in serious pain. bleeding a lot too, and choking on , it had to spit. ii know this was not normal. what happend?

Yes, all those symptoms are expected, more pain in your case because the local anesthetic did not go well.
