Im 8w pregnant...had two miscarriages before & had caught a cold...is it wise this time to take a flu shot?will it harm the embryo?thanks

No harm: Flu shot protects you and also the baby as you will not be sick with the flu (or milder flu if you do get it). Advice will be to get a flu shot if not other wise contraindicated.
