Mgt: I would suggest keeping her well hydrated, and discussing having a renal ultrasound performed. Has she had more than one UTI?
Additional details would be helpful: is there a history renal disease in the family, is her blood pressure normal, has she had any swelling?

You might consider getting a diagnostic urinalysis and seeing a doctor/nephrologist, just to be sure...
