My urine is very dark yellow/orange does this mean I'm dehydrated or something more serious ?

Possibly: Hello Ashlyn . some dyes in the food and some medicines can change urine color. Dehydration can do that too . Try to identify that and increase water intake . If problem persists you will need urine test .
