Too much acetaminophen can damage the liver at times, sometimes severely. You should contact either the child’s pediatrician or poison control to discuss whether the amount of acetaminophen that she has ingested is harmful or not. If you can’t get a hold of either of those promptly, take her to the emergency room. Do not delay. Good luck.
