I gave my 3yr old benadryl due to some allergy but he has a slight fever which i feel might go up, so is it ok to give him tylenol?

Tylenol is safe: It is safe to give your child tylenol in the dosage shown on the container. It is also safe to mix with benadryl. On the other hand, aspirin might increase the risk of Reye's syndrome if s/he has influenza or similar condition.

Tylenol: Yes you can give tylenol. Please discuss his symptoms with a physician to figure out if he is sick or has allergies.
