Ao : Ao stands for aorta.
Pfo is patent foramen ovale.
The rtd could be the outflow track diameter or the right ventricle diameter. A right ventricle diameter of 2.9 cm is normal.

Aortic root: Ao rt is an abbreviation for aortic root. This is the diameter of the aorta just above the aortic valve. 29 mm is normal size.

May be aortic root: I am not sure what is aortic rtd, it may be aortic root. If you had aortic insufficiency and symptoms have worsened please your cardiologist and repeat echo to take a good look at aortic valve.
