By themselves neither spaghetti squash nor meat sauce are toxic. Either of you could have an individual allergic reaction to one of the ingredients in the mix, or something in the preparation of the dish could have created a problem. None of this sounds very worrisome, but if you develop GI symptoms over the next several hours it may be.

I agree with Dr. F's comments. If the foods weren't sitting out in room temperature for hours before cooking and were baked until cooked at 300degrees or so & promptly ingested, no pathogens would survive.
