If your urinalysis was completely normal, there is no value to performing a urine culture. If you continue to have symptoms of dysuria (pain while urinating), you should be reevaluated for causes of urethritis. See your primary care doctor. Good luck.

Increase your water intake and take OTC azo for a few days. Normal urine is a good sign and there is no need for a urine culture. The tests to be done should be decided by a doc and not by you trying to self diagnose. If not better after a week or so pl see a Urologist. Good luck
