Since i started taking lamictal and zonisamide. every couple days i i can be fine and then one hour i will get randomly irritated or emotional or not feel anything. is it just my medication or could it be something else?

I believe your symptoms are likely side effects of either drug. You should discuss these symptoms with your neurologist. Good luck!

Assuming you take these medications to control epilepsy, and you are ingesting consistently, your intermittent symptoms are unlikely to be medication-induced, and more likely due to missing medication or taking it later than usual. Cannot exclude some intermittent seizure aura activity. Discuss all of this fully with your neurologist. Use medication alarms to stay on schedule.
