Am on high doses of lamictal(500mg) and effexor(300mg). fatigue is so bad that i can't get up on time - do i need more medication or less medication?

Go back to doctor: You need to go see your doctor. You were put on these medications for a reason. Are they helping your mood? That is the first issue. Then the fatigue. Is it to much for you? Need to return to doctor to discuss these things
