Keep forgetting to take my morning medication at the same time every day (150 mg zoloft (sertraline) & 100 mg lamictal, as prescribed by doctor) is this dangerous?

Probably not: as long as you don't take doses too close together. Most important is that you take them consistently on a regular basis

Probably not: Usually the time of day is not critical for the therapeutic effect of those medicines. But it may influence your experience of side effects. Even so, mere inconsistency in time of day is unlikely to be actually dangerous.
