I feel bloated and been having palpitations for a couple of days feel like flusters in my chest i do suffer from anxiety and have acid reflux which i take pentoprazole for so not sure if i shouod be worried or not?

Your symptoms may be just due to your acid reflux, but it is not clear from your description whether that is definitively the case. Because other organs such as the heart or lungs could be involved, you should get checked out by your primary care doctor. Good luck.
